Welcome to CoralSync, a product by Redulate. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CoralSync and any related services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

By using them, you confirm that you meet this requirement and agree to comply with all applicable laws.

You are responsible for your account and ensuring its security. You agree not to share your login credentials and accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Access to certain features of CoralSync requires a paid subscription. You agree to provide accurate billing information when signing up.

Subscriptions are not renewed automatically. When your subscription period is nearing expiration, we will notify you and provide either a payment link or bank transfer instructions. It is your responsibility to complete the payment to maintain uninterrupted access to the Services.

All payments are non-refundable. Services are billed in advance.

4. Intellectual Property

CoralSync and all related content, trademarks, software, and services are owned by Redulate and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not use, copy, or distribute any materials without explicit written permission from Redulate.

5. User-Generated Content

If you upload or share content via CoralSync, you grant Redulate a license to use, modify, and display such content to provide and promote the Services.

You retain ownership of your content, but you are responsible for ensuring it does not infringe on others, rights or violate any laws.

6. Account Termination

Redulate reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to CoralSync at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or other misuse of the Services.

You may cancel your account at any time by notifying us. No refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

7. Limitation of Liability

Redulate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. All Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms occasionally. If changes are significant, we will notify users via email or in-app alert. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
